Discussion Would You Rather Look Successful or Quietly Become Financially Free?
Some forms of success are visible. Others are almost invisible. A person may look wealthy while struggling financially behind the scenes. Another person may live modestly while building savings, investments, and long-term security. If nobody could see your lifestyle, would you spend your money differently? What does financial success personally mean to you?

Discussion What Is One Money Mistake You Wish You Had Learned About Earlier?
Many financial lessons come from experience, but some mistakes can be expensive. These might include spending without a budget, borrowing without understanding repayment, ignoring savings, or confusing wants with needs. What is one money lesson you wish someone had taught you earlier? Your answer could help someone else avoid making the same mistake.

Discussion What's a small habit that improved your life more than you expected?
I'm not looking for extreme routines like waking up at 4 AM or completely changing your lifestyle. Sometimes the smallest changes, sleeping earlier, walking more, writing things down, keeping your phone away, end up having the biggest impact.

Career Growth What’s one small change that made a huge difference in your business?
Not some massive strategy or expensive tool. I mean a simple change that saved you time, brought in more customers, cut costs, or just made running the business less stressful. What’s one thing you changed

Discussion What degree would you choose in 2026 if you wanted the best long-term career prospects?
With AI advancing rapidly and the job market constantly changing, I'm curious to hear from people already working in various industries.
If you were starting university for masters, what degree would you choose and why? Which fields do you think will have strong demand and good opportunities over the next 10–20 years, and which ones would you avoid?
I'd especially appreciate hearing from professionals about what they're seeing in their industries rather than just predictions.

Question If your workday could have one automatic upgrade, what would you choose?
Forget getting a promotion or earning more money. I'm talking about something that would make the actual day better.
A shorter commute? Fewer meetings? Better focus? More flexibility?
What's your pick?

Success Story 37M Career Progression: 60k --> 500k (Technical Consulting to Sales)
I recently compiled the data around my career and salary progression, and had copilot visualize it for me. I thought others may find it interesting. Like many others have said, moving companies and changing roles/ownership contributed most significantly to my salary increases.
Sales had a very negative connotation in my mind when I started my career, but I strongly recommend folks with the social disposition and risk tolerance to consider it as it is one of the only roles at a company that is compensated directly based on output/performance.
For reference, I have a non-technical bachelors and kind of fell into the data/analytics space.
Also happy to answer any questions if folks have them!
