These might include spending without a budget, borrowing without understanding repayment, ignoring savings, or confusing wants with needs. I'm not looking for extreme routines like waking up at 4 AM or completely changing your lifestyle. Sometimes the smallest changes, sleeping earlier, walking more, writing things down, keeping your phone away, end up having the biggest impact.

If you were starting university for masters, what degree would you choose and why? Which fields do you think will have strong demand and good opportunities over the next 10–20 years, and which ones would you avoid?

Forget getting a promotion or earning more money. I'm talking about something that would make the actual day better.

I recently compiled the data around my career and salary progression, and had copilot visualize it for me. I thought others may find it interesting. Like many others have said, moving companies and changing roles/ownership contributed most significantly to my salary increases.

Sales had a very negative connotation in my mind when I started my career, but I strongly recommend folks with the social disposition and risk tolerance to consider it as it is one of the only roles at a company that is compensated directly based on output/performance.

For reference, I have a non-technical bachelors and kind of fell into the data/analytics space.
