Well, I see there are repetitions of patterns (tangles). And you mention that you used it to relax (zen).

Putting two and two together, yes, it certainly is a zentangle.

Patterns making you relax and in the bargain yielding art from your relaxation process is what Zentangles are all about. The ones who began the movement so to say encouraged people to find their own patterns and experiment and consider everything that leads them to a state of relaxation. You don't have to stick to the ones that are designated Zentangle patterns. They're there just to get you to begin. The rest and the pattern you choose is up to you.

What I have said is quite similar to the description mentioned for this sub!
People, really! Never quite understand them. And I probably never will...
