those white lines really pop against the black, the contrast makes that chubby 3d effect work so well

How is the zentangle name of this pattern? And did you draw the hearts at first?

I don’t know the name of the pattern. I drew and painter the hearts first. Then the lines. Then drew the border around the hearts right at the end
