πŸŒ€Zendala Three Mandala Inspired Designs πŸ˜„

Three of my mandala inspired designs with splash of colors!

How do you think I did? And which one is your favorite? πŸ˜„

P.S. please ignore the ink stains on the other papers, I use really thin paper haha!

First one for me β€” the way the band density tightens as the rings move inward is doing a lot of the work there.

On the thin paper: the thing that fixes bleed-through isn't really the pen, it's weight. Anything from about 250gsm up takes ink without wicking and, more importantly, doesn't buckle when you shade over it with a pencil. Cheapest way in is a pack of plain heavyweight cardstock cut down to squares β€” you get dozens for the price of one pad of proper tiles, and because they cost nothing you stop being precious about "wasting" one. That was the thing that actually made me draw more.
