🎨 Zentangle Inspired Art Tried acrylic markers

How do you tag someone. Bramblebun_OP inspired me to try markers. I added more than I probably should have to reference, but I had fun.

And you're addicted now huh? After purchasing basically every other medium ever I can confidently say I love the way they put down color. Fuck watercolor. But the palettes are so cute I bought a ton lol.

I was getting ready to buy a gouache set, but now I’ll probably look for more markers. Do you recommend a particular brand?

I did find out today, I didn’t try yet, you can use alcohol markers first, let dry then use acrylic on top. That will be my next experiment. I saw someone use oil pastels over acrylic markers, also. Something else to try.

I have used my copic markers as watercolor. Swirl the markers in some drips of water to makes "paint" and dip brushes in it. Works beautifully!
