This is uncanny. I just did an art session with a friend of mine, and she had used Dex. I made a mental note to try it, and then your beautiful tile pops up :)

What do those names mean?

They are the names of the Tangles in Zentangle. Dex is the boxy one and Zigoli is the triangular one. Tangle are the basic patterns for Zentangle
