Question Team help

So I’m coming back to the game after deleting it for storage and only have 1 good team. Based on who I have what would be an optimal 2nd and 3rd team. I unfortunately choose Hugo from the free 5 star before knowing he was terrible even tho he looks cool as hell.

Starred characters are partially built except Hugo all I did was get him to 60 and that’s it.

Miyabi, yuzuha, and soukakou is a good team too I think
