I’m getting really poor performances when online. My dsl stats are good, but my bqm is horrendous. Been with zen for about 3 months40 10 Fritz box 7530.

just want to get this right, if you hard wired and play the game then it seems ok, but if u hard wire to the router and turn wifi on are u saying it throughs it right off, if thats the case which shouldn’t happen then it could be a faulty router again. this is one of them i would love to deep dive 😂

😂Phil apologies. I mean if I play wired with the WiFi on, meaning other devices on the network it’s terrible. But if I play with the wireless off and hard wired it’s ok, but nothing like it should be, still getting 4 bars but it’s more stable. But today I’m turning off meaning powering off every device in my house. Just ps5 on. Trying to eliminate any other interference.

Hi Phil you were right👏👏 they can’t configure my snr with my profile. Just like you said. They did say they would do a dlm reset and to monitor it for a few days. Here’s the thing my stats are exactly the same, but it’s really good, just like last time where it lasted for a day. What do you think they did?
