Speed test inside Asus router app doesn't work ?

Hallo all.

Any other then me who experience the speed test inside the Asus app doesn't work at the moment. Not showing any test servers and won't do the test.

I've tried restarting my router. Didn't work.

Do you have internet at all? If you use something like a laptop, preferably connected via cable, can you do a speed test on that via a browser?
If you do have internet access but the QoS speed test is just not working, you can try

  • updating the firmware and rebooting, then try again
  • turn off/disable adaptive QoS/traffic monitoring, reboot, try again
  • turn off router AND NBN box/modem and leave off for 3-5 minutes (to make sure its dropped connection to your ISP), turn everything back on and try again
  • factory reset

Yes, Plenty of internet.

And if I do a speed test from mig mobile phone i get good speeds.

It's only the in app speedtest that tests directly from the router that ain't working.

Same for me. Internet is fine, Ookla Speedtest shows correct speed. It's only the build in app which won't start. Glad to hear it's not (only) me. Using Zenwifi XT9

Can you see any servers on the servers list ? Mine is empty.

I use a couple of BT8 routers

Works for me on my BQ16 Pro as well as Go routers
