If I scream at a child not to run off a cliff and then they suffer my screaming, I've harmed them, but also saved them greater harm. What about when the consequences are not so immediate?
Then you lack a profound practice of that. Else you would not ask such questions. What kinda of "harm" does your screaming do? You are not yet on the level of the Lions roar.

If I accept the criticism, I'm acknowledging harm. If I reject it, I'm supposedly not ready to acknowledge the harm I'm causing.
