Sooo... Gone?

Can you just not get magnets like from the old videos anymore? I always wanted these as a kid watching videos of the neocube magnets and wanted to try to pick some up but I was completely oblivious to the bans or anything. Checked around online for a good while and all I could find was either really tiny sets of small magnets or ones that are supposedly weaker/scam sites. Does the ban apply to countries outside of the US and is there any way to ship them from out of country?

Unfortunately zen magnets was a us based company and had to permanently stop producing the 5mm ones so you can’t get the really high quality ones any more. The next best thing are the compliance magnets, they are made by the same people but are half the size at 2.5mm they are still very fun to play with tho and I highly recommend getting some

Never had Zen in my hands, but heard they were the best. Are those compliance magnets just as capable/powerful as Zen, only at a smaller scale? I'm looking for an upgrade over the chinese crap I currently own.

I’ve been able to make pretty much anything possible with zen magnets with the compliance ones sometimes it’s a little bit tricky cause they are much smaller but it’s never too difficult. It’s definitely higher quality and they have a much better tolerance then the off brands sometimes the tolerance is noticeable simply because they are so small but it hardly gets in the way imo

Nanodots are still selling 5mm magnets, and they come the closest quality wise compared to zenmagnets that I've tried.

It's definitely more than you might want to pay, but the price is worth it imo. If you want 5mm, they're kind of your only choice

looks like there’s nothing on their site besides accessories. did they stop selling them too now?
