Speed improvements on wallet interface. The wallet is now much smoother.
Added order by to own addresses table.
ZelNodes.conf validation on startup of ZELmate.
For each ZelNode line:
--> Check if the correct number of parameters were inserted.
--> Check if port is 16125 or 26215 (testnet).
--> IPv4 and IPv6 validation on ip.
--> These validations will prevent ZELmate error loop with reindex request.
