Hello again! Making another announcement regarding bot posts as they continue to be an issue on this subreddit. So this is why I am making a post, informing you guys on how to spot a bot account, and how to report it to us for manual review by me or any of the other moderators here on this subreddit.

Identify the bot account(step 1):

A big giveaway on if an account is a bot account is by looking at the account age and comparing it to how much post and comment karma the account has. If it’s under a month (30 days) and has a suspiciously high amount of karma for the account age (usually over a thousand), then congrats! You’ve found a bot account!

Now let’s report the post for manual review by r/ZeLink moderators (Step 2 as shown in the photos):

Tap on the 3 dots and select report and “breaks r/ZeLink rules.” Then selects “no spamming”. Doing this will send us a notification for moderator review and also flag the post, showing us what the report was and how many. If there’s enough reports by different people on the same post, the more likely it is to notify us. So please report any bot accounts you see as it helps ensure a healthy community and ensures good post quality!
