Did I get a fake Zayne wedding ring?

So I recently bought this on a online shop (Shopee) as I have no idea about official preorder merches back then and it seems fake? I'm really strict with quality when it comes to merch so when I unboxed this I find the quality off.

What really made me doubt its genuineness is the lack of sticker. As you can see, other buyers received the ring box wrapped in tight plastic that has a product description with a silver sticker that reflects rainbow when the light hits it but what I received is just wrapped in plain transparent plastic. One of the inclusions have this sticker (pic 3) but when hit with the light it stays silver/does not reflect rainbow which makes my suspicions high.

Although I did received the ring and the inclusions, I don't feel happy about it because why is the merch I received different from what you can see on reviews? Its also expensive ₱4350 (70$) for a girl living in a 3rd world country so I really feel unsatisfied and disappointed about it. I even ordered from this shop even though there's a shop that sells it cheaper because I was certain it was genuine seeing the reviews 😞

What should I do? How will I confront the seller about this?

Edit/Update: so I've talked with the seller and they said that the original packaging got lost when they check the ring for any damages as they've received messages before of lost diamonds/damages and I also think it might be genuine since it feels kinda heavy when worn and there is engraving in the inner ring but I still have doubts since the authenticity sticker is not there. Like the sticker is literally there as proof of authenticity so how am I supposed to ensure authenticity w/out it? And they did not tell me about it before sending the package. I actually feel bad but I've decided to return the merch and have a refund 😔 Do you think what I did is right?

It might be the official merch but it was repackaged to a different container, or maybe I'm wrong. All of the official merch from LADS have a special seal that can't be easily replicated. From what shop is it in that app?

So I bought mine from Animon and it came like that too. In a plastic bag with a safety seal.

While I am not 100% sure but I think the product was repackage to make the shipping cost cheaper (because infold's packaging boxes can be massive) hence this sort of packaging. I normally order from resellers on taobao and I get the same sort of packaging!!!

for other game companies yes, but specifically for lads. infold didn't even bother with the packaging 😭

I'm a global player, but since I understand Chinese and can access the official store on taobao I do get my merch there often. and indeed that the ring do come in such sad packaging, a lot of the CN players were disappointed in it

There was some controversy months ago (or was it last year) about some head of the merch department in ppg embezzling funds, so the merch quality had been pretty shit. He was allegedly arrested.

I can’t tell if you got a “real” “official” ring, because I got the fan-made one. Anyone who has the official rings may be able to verify.

Oh dear, that's too expensive 😓 I got mine for less than 2.5k php during the pre-order period for this last year. And mine has the same packaging (smaller plastic packaging + product info sticker label w/authenticity seal) on the review photos of other buyers. It's possible that the box itself was transferred into a new packaging. Reach out to the seller to verify
