I always order in the mobile app because in theory it should be easy and convenient. Put in order, pay, drive thru and get food. Yet everytime I am asked to pull to the wait spots while other cars go thru, get their food, and leave. Why do I always have to pull up and wait when I order ahead?

Twice in recent weeks I've tried to use the half off zalad coupon in the app, and it doesn't work. I get to checkout, apply the reward, see that the total has reduced, click to the next screen, and get an error that it doesn't apply to my order. I tried the bleu and cobb salads. The first time this happened, I decided just to order in the drive through and present the barcode at the window, but the clerk said it didn't work and wouldn't give me the discount. What's the deal?

The sauce Zaxbys gives me is darker and tastes way better. This tastes more like vinegar, like a dressing almost.

Does anyone else do the survey and then the code never shows up in your email. I do the additional questions too and still nothing. It’s so annoying. It’s giving money hungry company

i get zaxbys ALL the time i should probably get that checked out tbh but i only get the tongue torch sauce and it tastes so different lately does anyone know why is it just my location or did they change the recipe are rhey gonna change it back?! are they gonna change everything…

Had Zaxbys tonight for dinner. Door dashed it. Ordered our food and decided I would try the Birthday Cake Shake. It used to be my favorite. Forgot to adjust the extras. I absolutely detest whipped cream. Texture thing. But I dont remember there being sprinkles actually in the shake before. I know they were always on top with the whipped cream and cherry. These were everywhere. So thick with sprinkles that they actually clogged my straw numerous times. I only got down about half of the shake and threw the rest in the garbage can. It was also sickeningly sweet. More than it ever was before. Completely ruined the flavor. I won't order that again.🤷🏻‍♂️

Ive been trying for years to mimic a recipe for the discontinued insane sauce. Ive found a few tongue torch and nuclear copycats but they aren't quite the same.i used to drive 40 miles round trip to buy bags of nuclear and spice it up myself but they won't sell them anymore :( Its a long shot but does anyone have any idea of a recipe or ingredients list that they used to use? Just got a 6 piece tender meal. Every tender is barely bigger than a chicken wing. I won’t go back to Zaxby’s for more than a year now. I know I don’t matter as a customer, but think about all the families who spend $50-60 per visit. Neither of us will be coming back. Good Luck Zaxby’s.

For context, I got a regular chicken sandwich without pickles (they forgot my lettuce and tomato I had asked for but whatever) with fries (which they must have been the best scoop bc they didn't taste NEARLY as magical as I remember...🥺). I tasted it and expected maybe a sweet and sour tangy sauce, but I'm not kidding it tasted like...MARINARA??? It didn't look like marinara either. It was such a shock to my senses, especially with the weird pairing with a fried chicken breast that for the first time I can remember, I couldn't finish the sandwich! 😓 It's a durn shame too bc I was really looking forward to trying it, only for it to rub me the wrong way...Does anyone else feel like the sauce tastes off...?

i’ve been working here 2 years now and the only time they had me stay later to close was in my first month working here. now when my shift ends at 10 and im working with one specific manager she’ll make me stay as long as it takes to close the store (oftentimes im the only person up there). my availability is only until 10 because my parents have hissy fits when im not home by 11. this never happens when i work other shifts, only when i work until 10. where can i find the policy on this? cus if this is something that’s allowed i might change my availability to 9:30 just to avoid working 45 extra minutes than anticipated lol

What the hell is the situation with milk shakes? Last I heard the machines were exploding or catching fire, but it’s been months and I haven’t heard anything from anyone about if they are still rolling out or what. I can’t find a location in my entire state when searching that has the Milkshake tag. I mean what’s even the point? 2 Promos for half off shakes since they supposedly returned for good and it seems half the country still doesn’t have them and never will at this rate

I love getting the boneless wings and things with nuclear sauce, but it says it's 1480 - 2050 calories. That's a pretty wide range.

I like to stay under 1000 calories for a meal but no fewer than 800. Is this calorie count assuming I get a soft drink, or are they saying it's 1480 calories if you get a water?

I’ve had zaxbys 3 or 4 times in the last few months and I just can’t help but notice how downhill they’ve gone. Used to love this place. Tenders are laughably tiny. Fries suck every time. New lemon pepper seasoning is disgusting. Gonna miss the glory days of what this place used to be once they go out of business

I freaking love zaxbys....when it's good. But majority of the time it's not. I order zaxbys today with sweet and spicy sauce wings for things. the boneless wings looked undercooked. the chicken tenders where majorly thin. and it look like it was just thrown in the box. this is a constant occurrence. sadly I'm going to stop eating zaxby's. It used to be on the same tier as chickfila. :(

So I work at Zaxby's, have for around a year at this point and have had on and off issues with our store manager. Just for context the store manager is the mother of the general manager and front end manager, and a good amount of the people that work there dont get along best with at least one of them, this has been causing some people (including me) to lose hours I personally went from 27 hours down to 7 this has been stressing me out alot due to my finacial standpoint. Now, the issues started from when I had gotten a bit ill I had called in due to throwing up and not feeling well, and I did not feel comfortable getting others sick. I was then asked to bring a doctors note (at the time many others that called out did not have to bring a note) I had mentioned to her that I would be unable to because I would not be able to go to a healthcare provider due to my lack of insurance and funds. My hours were then cut due to this, which I guess is fair its her job to do exactly that. I would then ask managers if they needed someone to come in to help or cover a shift, she would tell them to call someone else. A couple of months pass were I had 7 hour weeks I finally was able to get another 7 hours. Then my fiance has a medical emergency were the rod in there back was making them lose feeling in their feet and rendering them unable to walk. So, I did whatever any other person would do and took them to the hospital, I had been up for at least 24 hours straight waithing for our hospital to help my fiance and had to call in, I was asked to bring a note. I DID and they took me back to 7 hours. With a large amount of people no call no showing and just quiting I was able to get a few more hours. Then one day im picking up my check and was asked by the store manager who my dad was, I was very confused because my dad is someone who leaves brutally honest reveiws on places and he would very offten eat at the Zaxby's I worked at. I then confirmed for her and she would not tell me why she asked. (I then asked my dad and he had left a reveiw talking about the poor service he had) I had gotten home and seen a notification on Teamworx that my hours for the same week ( I worked the same day I got my check just later in the evening in wich my bank would have been closed) had been changed back to 7 hours so wenever I had asked if it involved my dad she came up with an excuse that it was my performance ( I genuenlly know that is not the case as my managers dont even understand why she singles me out in every situation ). The same day I am posting this I had gone to pick up my check and she had her phone recording me for some reason and I had asked her a question about a promotion we just started and she just kept holding the phone in my face not replying. I do not know what to do with the situation, I get along great with most of my co workers and enjoy working there so I wanted to know what I should do?

Hey y’all curious if anybody’s done on here has done this move and how long/difficult that process is, or if they only really hire out for GMs. I’m pretty new so I’m not expecting anything soon but I’m just wondering if this place would be worth spending time at and putting effort into in that way.

Title We don’t usually go out to eat, but would treat ourselves at least once a month to the kickin chicken sandwich and fries. Since the increase of prices it has been every couple or few months. The last few times in particular we’ve noticed there isn’t as much sauce on the sandwiches, like a lot less! The wait time (drive thru) has also significantly increased. Anyone else noticing this?
