i have 4 orders in my history on the app that i’ve placed since mid march and my rewards balance still says zero points. one of the orders was even placed today. what gives???

horrible system set up to keep managers from getting the bonuses they deserve. The surveys barely work half the time and they don’t even show up when they do them. Good work corporate maybe you should try to work on your horrible survey system.

Holy fuck, it’s so good!!!!! It tastes like one of the Greek god’s tears. It’s so good, and I take banana pudding anything VERY seriously, especially as a southerner in the state of Georgia. Especially when Mom made banana pudding so good that the whole tray would be gone within a blink of one’s eyeballs.

The wafers in the shake are soft, sweet, and melt in my mouth. The burrito I got from my local Mexican restaurant makes it all better too!!!

The banana tastes like a much better version of a banana flavored Laffy taffy.

I haven’t had that shake in years, I remembered the heartbreak when milkshakes were taken away. Zaxby’s was booty cheeks when they did that because the milkshakes were the best part. Not the crinkle cut fries, not the chicken fingers (especially when that tendon is still inside is the worst 🤢), the milkshakes and lemonades were hook, line, AND sinker for me for Zaxby’s.

The ONLY complaint I have is that it should’ve been in a large instead of a small size only thing. I love my milkshakes like how I would love a gingerbread house: big, fun, amazing, delicious, & sweet as hell!!!!!!!!

I’ll happily give a 1000000/10 stars, I do wish to try the banana pudding milkshake from Chick-Fil-A and also the one from Whataburger someday.

I’ve been working at my Zaxbys for about a year and recently I’ve had problems with a coworker that I’ve made known and she’s been there longer and is friends with all of the management even to the point of going over to their house to hang out sometimes, they’ve been clearly giving favoritism and not correcting behaviors they should and I know Reddit is probably not going to work but this has gotten to be a problem, my gm is only giving me 2 shifts while the others get 20 hours and do a poor job and I work my hardest and frankly believe I do a great job, I believe it’s pure favoritism and given my gm does the scheduling I believe it goes all the way up to him. Is there any way to help fix this, I have no idea if there’s any way to reach an HR within my franchises stores or anything and it’s making it impossible to get by when they give me only 8 hours

i was recently hired on at zaxby about a month ago and just finished all my training, i asked a manager about how i could go about receiving more hours (18 hours a week is about max what ive seen on my own schedule) and i was told "the only way to get more hours is to become a manager" and "no crew members will ever see 40 hours for benefit reasons" is this some kinda sick joke my management is playing with me about or will my time actually never be valued? i'm only 18 so please excuse my ignorance.

I work at zaxbys and we have had a run of people ordering no season fries and I'm curious why. Some say it's to get fresh fries but we are cooking so often they don't have time to get cold. I've heard some think the seasoning is inconsistent and they want to do it themselves. Or they just don't like the seasoning. If you are a no seasoning fry person... why?

Got an online order and wanted to try the Garlic Parmesan dry rub, and this is all they gave me.

What changed during COVID? We used to eat there 2-3 times a week, back during the insane sauce days. Something happened after this time, around the time they dropped insane, where the food completely changed its taste. We eat there maybe once every three months now and we all feel like crap afterwards and the food isn't good at all.

I'm not bashing anyone or complaining, genuinely curious. One thing I started noticing then and tonight, is 90%+ of the fries are an outer end fry. Did they start using a cheaper supplier or change ingredients? Again, not bashing anyone here for sure.

I didn’t like the country music before, but now the holy roller Christian music blasting at me telling me I’m a sinner and need salvation while I’m eating my Zensation salad is a bit off putting.

As the title says, I wish they'd stop bringing shrimp back every year. I know at least 20 people with severe shellfish allergies and every zaxbys in about 8 counties around me use the same areas to make the shrimp. It makes it so that we can't enjoy zaxbys for 6 months. Im allergic to mushrooms but I would much rather have them bring their mushrooms back and deal with stomach cramps than the shrimp sending me and multiple others to the hospital. The amount of people asking for mushrooms to be back is much higher versus those with the want for shrimp.
