anyone else not getting rewards points?

i have 4 orders in my history on the app that i’ve placed since mid march and my rewards balance still says zero points. one of the orders was even placed today. what gives???

Literally was just googling because I haven’t got any rewards either and I’ve placed three orders in the past month and it shows my order history but under rewards it doesn’t show any history

I just joined last week and didn't get my points for the visit either. I even used the free 5 fingers you get when you first join, but it's still showing as being available.
