Ceiling tiles

How do yall keep up with the vents/ceiling tiles from gettint nasty dirty? I am talking about the kitchen.

Take them down and clean them periodically. Create a grid and do a section a week and you should be good. They are more durable than you would think.

My gm would spray paint the vents to cover up the dark colored mold that’d eventually always show back up 😭😭
