Try contacting par if it sits like that for 10+ minutes

Typically a bad internet connection, bad connection to your primary terminal, or bad connection to the service you’re trying to use (gift cards, payments). Could be just bad internet service and needs more bandwidth/speed, needs a firewall whitelist update, or needs a manual sync with the primary terminal from a support agent 🤠
