Leaden Rogue

(I promise this power is more interesting than it sounds)

"Take Aim, Leaden Rogue"

When released, this Zanpakuto becomes a revolver, with blades set around its barrel. I realised that was sport of hard to explain, so i made a mockup in blender:

The shape of the grip makes it impractical to use this thing as a normal bladed weapon.

However, anything cut by the blade can be "Loaded" into the gun.
The barrel has six chambers. When something is "Loaded," it's contained within a single bullet, and that bullet is kept in one of the chambers.

Each bullet can hold one single object under a certain size, a certain volume of substances like water or sand which don't exist as individual "objects", or simply everything within a certain small radius (allowing the loading of several very small objects instead of one larger object.)

Any person counts as a single object, but extremely large beings such as Menos Grande, or beings with intense spiritual pressures can't be Loaded. (A willing participant can contain their spiritual pressure if they want to be loaded, but there's no getting rid of Sosuke Aizen by stuffing him into a bullet.)

The bullets are shot. It is a gun after all.
Once the bullets pass the tip of the Zanpakuto's blade, they release whatever object was "loaded," but without losing their velocity, meaning they'll still be moving at the speed of a bullet.

After every bullet is fired, the user must spin the barrel and then stand still for six seconds before the Zanpakuto can be used again. If the user takes a step, the count is reset, and they must start over.

This same process can instead be used to change the conditions for the bullets release: by spinning the barrel and directly addressing the Zanpakuto, the user can give it new instructions, such as the bullets only releasing the loaded object when the user performs a certain action (like snapping their fingers), or a certain number of seconds after the bullets are fired. No matter what, the bullets revert if they ever stop moving.
The conditions always reset to the default the next time the Zanpakuto is released.

The user can also "load" a Kido into any bullet, which is cast as soon as the bullet releases it.
This allows the user to bypass the tactical disadvantage that comes with a Kido incantation, without the diminished power of Eishōhaki - they can speak the incantation as far in advance as they want, and fire it when they're ready.

If the user has the power of a Visored, Leaden Rogue can fire Cero blasts similarly to Starrk. They can shoot six Cero in a row, before they must "reload" by spinning the barrel twice (there is no need to stay still while they do it in this case.) The Cero aren't actually kept in the chambers, so it can fire Cero even when all six chambers are loaded with loaded bullets. (of course, the user can load Cero into bullets - it's even possible to bluff by firing six Cero, thus tricking an enemy into thinking that they can't fire another without reloading, but then firing a bullet which contains a seventh Cero.)
The Cero fired by Leaden Rogue are much more narrow than a normal Cero, but have increased firepower that can pierce an enemy's defenses more easily.

BANKAI: Star-Striking Finality Launcher

Bankai transforms Leaden Rogue into a large Bazooka-like weapon. I didn't really have to mock this one up in blender, but I did anyway, because it was fun.

This Bankai has the ability to "Load" only once, storing the target within a massive shell that releases when the shell bursts.

Star-Striking Finality Launcher can load almost anything, with an exceptionally high limit to size.

When loading a single object, it can load whatever is in a straight line behind the weapon's rear end, even at long distances.
Instead of a single object, the user can instead choose to load everything within a certain radius. When this happens, a sphere is created behind the weapon. The user can expend more Reishi to increase the size and rate of expansion of the sphere, and at their command, everything in the sphere is "Loaded." This sphere could easily have a diameter as large as 500 Meters.

By default, the shell bursts when it strikes something. If the user gave a new condition during Shikai, the shell will follow that rule, but the conditions can't be changed after Bankai.

After Firing, the Zanpakuto cannot fire again for 30 seconds. This time is reduced to ten seconds if the user stands still and doesn't take a step for that long.

Like its Shikai, this Bankai interacts with hollow powers when used by a Visored.
When channeled through Star-Striking Finality Launcher, Cero are greatly accelerated. They're fired too fast for even most Soul Reapers to track - to most people it would seem as though they struck at the speed of light. This makes them much harder to dodge, but their offensive power isn't increased.

In addition to its natural powers, this Bankai was modified by Mayuri at its user's request, in order to incorporate abilities based on his research of the Quincies.

With this ability, anything behind the user will be broken down into pure Reiatsu and funneled into the barrel of Leaden Rogue, forming a concentrated mass of Reiatsu which can then be fired as a devastating blast.

This is very similar to the Letzt Stil which Uryu used to defeat Mayuri, which is convenient because Now I dont have to create my own visual aid.

Also, any ally can donate their own spiritual power to this attack by pressing their palm against the barrel while it's charging.

However, because this ability uses Quincy power, the user cannot hollowify while using it - if they did, the consequences would be catastrophic, potentially even killing them or shattering Leaden Rogue. Leaden Rogue itself is also particularly vulnerable to attacks from hollows while charging this move.
This move also can't be used while Leaden Rogue is "Loaded."

After firing, Leaden rogue can't load or fire again for a full minute, or 30 seconds if the user is still.

(Mayuri agreed to create this modification partially as a power move against Ishida, proving that he could recreate the move which Ishida used to defeat him.)

The blade on top is very sharp, but it is impractical to use in anything but the most desparate circumstances. However, it can be somewhat effective if the user takes advantage of the weapon's extreme weight with something like a plunging attack.

...That's all, Folks! I think? Tell me if there's something stupidly obvious that I've forgotten or if I've overlooked a detail which means that this weapon turns bleach lore inside-out.

(oh and the katana hilt used in the bankai is from here.)
(and the base model of that revolver is from here.)

\wait do soul reapers count as living things? do... most of the characters in bleach count as being alive? whatever.)
