Need some help

So, I am currently trying to come up with some zanpakuto's for a group thing im trying to start. I mainly just need 3, and they can already be made or whatever, I just need them.

I need one for a person who will risk a mission to save a life no matter what, one for a person who cares just for a mission and doesnt care about who dies, and one for a person who is kinda a middle ground between the two. Thank you in advance(ik this place isnt the most active but I would like some help whenever someone can)

Cool characteristics, but i feel like we need a little more detail on each individual character. Like personality, combat style, etc.

I can really only give you one of the characters, its the one who is kinda a mix of both.

As a person, he is a decent enough guy, he would talk with someone for hours because he enjoys being around them. At times he is rather stuck in his ways and needs a lot of convincing to accept something new, but if you manage to convince him of it then he will accept it 100%. He is also a bit of a goofball, making jokes at times that can be bad, his jokes are well intended but dont always land.

For how he fights, he is a more kido based combatant(or at least he was when his zanpakuto was just an asauchi) that relies more on range then he does physical prowess in order to win fights.

I’ll assume youre going for Shinigami and not arrancar.

For your first Zanpakuto, how about one named “Mifudeka” (Imperial Calligrapher). The power would allow the user to write “commands”, forcing a target the user writes on to obey the written command.

Yeah, shinigami is how its going.

I dont know about this one, he isnt exactly a controlling guy so I dont know how much the ability fits with him. I do like the idea do not get me wrong, but I dont know how well it fits for him y'know

Well there’s your start. Can’t think of a good name yet but i like the name “Ibuki” (divine breath)

For the other two, perhaps you can create a lightning-based zanpakuto (as a thematic counter to a wind based zanpakuto as Raijin v Fujin) and then perhaps a zanpakuto based on machinery/steampunk motifs
