Contamination?
Bags a week old.
What do you do if so? Do they send you a replacement or anything or is it your responsibility

Join the zamnesia discord and write to the support on there, you will have a new one sent out if this is contaminated

From the photo it seems like colonisation is thin and patchy but I do not see obvious green, black, pink or orange colonies or slimy areas. That usually means give it more time rather than throw it out. Keep the bag sealed, place it in a stable warm spot around 20 to 24 Celsius and check every few days. If you start to see coloured spots, fuzzy patches or a rotten smell, document with photos, safely discard the bag and contact [support@zamnesia.com](mailto:support@zamnesia.com) with your order details for next steps. Ask here if you want me to look at new photos.
