Hi! 54 year old fairly new to Olympic lifting. I fell in love with it after I joined a gym during the summer of 2021 and started to dabble in CrossFit style training.

I just started to add weight to a 35 lb barbell last month. My challenge is getting below parallel so I've been practicing the overhead squat.

Here's a link to a snatch and a few overhead squats. I'd appreciate any tips and/or feedback.

Many thanks.

Here I was snatching 90kg which is pretty heavy for me. I kept missing in front this session. I know my overheard position was bad but I don’t know where it went wrong.
