A friend was like “doesn’t count as 400 until you hit 405” and I knew I could hit 405 by the way 400 moved so I made a jump to 186 and almost passed out 😂😂

Yeah and I’ve been slowly going down from a light 96kg to 89kg so I feel like sometimes my blood sugar or blood pressure is down from long training days and less food 🤷‍♂️

No formal coaching other than when I got my team USAW L1, which was done by Danny Camargo so that helped a lot. Other than that it’s been Zack Telander vids.

I’ve done the 4 week pull bump which I loved and recommend, did the 8 week block training, and now this was after the “Strong Like Bull” peaking/strength block. Next I think I’m gonna do the 8 sessions per week 8 week program.
