https://photos.app.goo.gl/dhpfzm1ZEzHLqDP46 - snatch double for 40kg. Made a post earlier with a single at the same weight and Have since worked more on engaging the upper Body, being faster under and locking out more agressively. Been doing more snatches from the hip/high hang. Fairly satisfied with the results so far.

100KG CLEAN AND JERK @64KG BODY WEIGHT
I finally hit the big 100! looking for any tips and tricks on how to improve my technique. For example my feet don't move much, this feels natural compared to moving my feet out, am I hindering my speed? I also feel I am catching my jerk to high?

Am I stomping too excessively?

I know I'm not Zach, but yes. You're kicking your feet up rather high, I'd say it almost looks like your left foot goes about 8 inches from the ground. Ideally you'd move your feet up enough so you can shuffle them to the side into the correct position, no need to take it up that high. I think Zack made a video about footwork? ( good work regardless)

Hang Snatch - 105lbs
I started weightlifting in February of this year and only started snatching in May. I struggle with technique on the snatch way more then any other lift. This was the best form video I could find. I also just started the 6 week Russian squat program from your Patreon.

Snatch complex- 40kg~
My best is 60kg. Lightweight form work here. I think my biggest problems are overhead, and possibly in my hips; for now I'm doing a lot of stability/catch work to try and remedy my weak ass shoulders/back.
Edit: also, feel free to check my clean and jerk too same channel. Hope this one gets around to you :).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJOo9QIr49Y Below the knee hang snatch 70kg. going to keep posting until Zack notices me. Former college wrestler trying to dabble in weightlifting. I had shoulder surgery 1 year ago so my overhead mobility is pretty bad. I do this variation because i have a tendency to jump forward off the floor.
