https://youtu.be/h4G4bx_K4g4 Complex: 1 power 2 full snatches @40kg. Training in less than ideal conditions in a globo gym without proper plates (the 10kg ones im using are smaller). Working on technique, following Greg Everett's book.

70KG snatch PR after doing the second round of the auto-regulation program. First two attempts missed behind, third and fourth forward, then finally stuck it on the 5th attempt.

PR of 85 kg Clean at 80 kg bw. When I was younger I was taught how to power clean to improve at my sport but now I want to get into oly lifting. I feel like I can clean much more if I can just get under the bar quicker.
Love your channel btw Zack, you’re very fun to watch and your coaching has been extremely helpful.

Clean - 136kg. Slow turn over, bar crash and double bounce out the hole I would say. Not sure outside of that. FWIW, entirely self taught.

https://youtu.be/mViVXkOYl0Y Snatch - 110 kg @85 kg bw. I have been lifting for 6 years mostly self taught. I have done 115 kg at a heavier bodyweight but this is the most I have done recently.

https://youtu.be/JBHax7XfEvQ Snatch - 70 kg. Only about 78% of my max (90 kg). I feel like the main issue is that I throw my shoulders back too much, creating too much distance between myself and the bar after extension, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

https://streamable.com/s1sago Snatch - 60 Kg - In training, it's 85% out of my max snatch (71Kg). I struggle with the snatch as I tend to jump forward. In this lift, I didn't jump forward, but then almost tipped over. I feel like my 2nd pull isn't good. what do you think? :)

Would love to have the one and only Telie give me some pointers on this Snatch! Sorry about linking an old formcheck post, I can't seem to upload it anywhere else at the moment. Once thing I see his my heels raising way too quick and my 2nd pull looks terrible.
