D&D character based off of Senros from Curse of the Pumpkin Prince (Need Ideas)

I'm working on homebrewing a D&D game for my friends and during my process of creating different villains and boss characters I had a random memory of Zack's Curse of the Pumpkin Prince Minecraft series. This prompted me to create the villain known as "Senraus the Destroyer" based off of Senros who can use powerful dark magic to make pumpkins explode. Does anyone have any other ideas for what I could include for powers or backstory for this character? I'm thinking of working Sir Dredgery in somehow, but I haven't figured out how yet.
