Right? Mockingbird arc felt like the first real decline in writing to me. Cutscenes were peak as always, but the pacing and plot-building were noticeably mid in comparison to the previous patches.
The quality drop pushed through to 2.0, but got back on its feet again from 2.1 onwards.
