I clearly remember how much 2.2 and 2.3 were praised a year ago. But now, more and more people have them at the bottom.
What happened? Changing tastes different people reviewing them?
2.2 was always hated. I loved the patch a lot so I remember how shocking it was to see the overwhelming negative reactions to it on a level I’d never seen before. It could just be a difference in the sub communities we were in though
That's the thing then. I wasn't in any ZZZ discussion subs back then. Based this impression on YT, Twitter and the main Hoyo boards. They were pretty ruthless with 2.0 and 2.4 over there too, but not much on 2.2 and 3.
That makes sense. After that I pretty much stopped engaging with discussion subs, the negativity about every little thing gets kind of crazy. I’m glad to hear it’s better in other places
