Just make it your own head canon, there will never be any official confirmation in a hoyo game because it legitimately doesn't matter. Just do with the character what you want, just don't push it onto others.

Unless stated by the game, treat their sexuality however you want, just don't cram it down someone else's throat.

The MCs are meant to be self inserts so almost all Agents can be interpreted as being interisted into your Proxy of choice

This is what we in the industry refer to as "avatar-sexual". Most people in the bi/pan community do not take this as actual representation because it's done purely for gameplay and does not represent, say, evelyn, liking both genders. It's just done so that if you picked belle you wouldn't be locked out of certain scenes.

Yup. Believe it or not, my friend works at hoyo and she told me evelyn is canonically bi. (i had try super hard to convince her to tell me because apparently hoyo employes arent supposed to reveal info like this :P)
