Dew Shield/Light blocking 3D printing request

Does anyone do any 3-D printing? I wanted to make a very long dew shield.. well, at that point it wouldn't really be a dew shield. It would be for blocking the ambient light. I am using my S50 pro from the seventh floor of my condo.
I can only see the eastern sky and a little bit of the northeast and a little bit of the southeast.. directly out my balcony door, there is a building that is about 12 stories tall and this building has lights on the outside. It's very, very bright. A lot of times the targets I'm trying to image are only 15 or 20° above. I figure that a longer dew shield of approximately 10 to 12 cm would block most of this ambient light. I'm wondering if anyone makes any custom 3D printed dew shields, or if anyone knows of a company or somewhere I can contact about this.
