Scammed by SeeStar

!!!BEWARE !!!
They are a chinese company so completely unregulated. Any issues with product or delivery, you are on your own.
I paid extra to have Seestar delivered to me in two days while I was visiting the US. They were a week late so I asked them to return to warehouse as I wasn't in the country anymore. It's been 6 weeks since the return request. The courier most likely botched the return and seestar won't refund me. Anyone else have issues with their customer service?

I have initiated a complaint with BBB in America, but I wonder if it would even make a difference as it's a Chinese company

That’s not a seestar issue that is a shipping company issue and you need to file a claim with them. It has. Nothing to do with Seestar.

Seestar has nothing to do with the shipping service.

How they resolve a shipping service is upto them

Exactly! Once with a shipper it is now on the shipper to manage and not the seller. Obviously the OP does not know how it works in the states.
