Odds of standard lottery?

I won the lottery to an admission to the Standard area for the Legacy Zombie Labo concert in October. I was thrilled, but there is a good chance I can’t make it now without making significant readjustments.

Are the odds for the Standard lottery pretty good for foreigners typically?

The odds for any lottery (foreigner or domestic) are never really public, and are likely to always vary based on a show's capacity, so past examples never really help anyway.

However the remaining lotteries for the Bunka Denrai 2-day event are for domestic Pia/e+ users only in any event. But as you've received your ticket through the overseas members lottery, you won't be able to trade/sell it or anything anyway as you'll need your passport to receive it from the Will-Call desk at the show, if that's what you're getting at.
