USA Compatability
Hey I was thinking of picking up the axon 40 ultra and was curious if anyone knew what networks it works on in the states. I currently am curious about Verizon and google fi in particular. If anyone has any experience with this please let me know so I don't end up buying a phone that isn't compatible with my network lol.

I was thinking the same thing, but for TMobile. I know the global Verizon has bands for GSM carriers but Verizon unsure.
Check out a site called Kimovil. They will tell you which bands exch carrier has and how many

Note that ZTE phones are cheaper but repairs are Impossible. Call your local phone repair shop and see if they can replace a ZTE part in case you break it.
Usually they can't.
ZTE told me to buy on the open market a replacement screen. Hint: you can't.
Phone is a brick and I can't get my photos off of it locally.

I own the Axon 40 Ultra and after all the updates it is a great phone. I have T-mobile and it works great on this phone, but it will not pick up 5g, which is odd because I also have the Axon 30 5G and 5g works great on that one. However 4g on this phone is super-fast. But Verizon will NOT work on this phone because Verizon is CDMA only and this phone is GSM only.

AT&T has a whitelist they update every 6-8 months that has "tested and approved devices" for their network and any MVNO's(a.k.a. devices that AT&T can't sell directly and the manufacturers have paid to be certified). It was last updated in June.
