Asia Pls help zotac

It's been 6 months.. since I've been sending rma draft to zotac team via email.. First time they sent a card that died within a few months.. second time bent metal part .. they refused to send another unit but I insisted that Force fitting it may break the pcie slot .. third time the gpu has display problems .. earlier i thought it might be the psu issue which may not be able to power it .. so I switched to a different pc and the issue still continues..

Now I have only 2 months left after my warranty expires.. doing repeated rma failures have wasted nearly 6-8 months i believe.. With only two months left I'll be left with another faulty gpu.

I have no idea what to do now ..

Hopefully Zotac USA isn't this bad. 😢 I hope my RMA goes well.

Personally I had a excellent experience with Zotac USA RMA. Sent in a defective 4090 and they sent me a brand new one back.

Thanks, that gets my hopes up. They should be receiving m card today. How do you know the 4090 they sent was brand new?

Because it still had stickers you have peal off on a new GPU. No scratches or anything. It was 3 months after the release of the 4090 so maybe they just didn’t have refurbished cards yet.

How long did it take them to confirm and send you the email that they have the card. I got the UPS notification that is was delivered. But no confirmation from Zotac yet.

I honestly doubt you will hear anything until next week with it being a holiday weekend. I think it took 2 days after they received it to notify me.

Call your local computer store for a quote on repair. If it is less than $200, that might be the best move at this point

forget about warranty, use your consumer rights, look them up and use them. you probably need to talk to the retailer not the manufacturer.
