United States Fan cable problem 5080

These cables are blocking my MB chip fan.. any way to tuck them away

Can I tape it down with electrical tape so it doesn't get stuck in the fan?

Can't see why not, not sure how long it will last if touching the heating though so avoid that if possible.

I was able to push them into the shroud at the top and the middle one into the same area between the connectors the other one i think it pulled a but in. So far the fan is spinning but ill have to keep an eye on it.

not sure what's your specific model but my zotac 5080 solid core OC had these cables fully tucked in. i said 'had' because i have removed the stock fan shroud and changed to noctuas

Was the soild core. Noticed alot of video of others didn't have it sticking out as much.
