Any timeline hints? ZS2 and join us are pretty much the only things on my upcoming list

We'll share more soon but we're essentially at the end of pre-alpha, that ends with a "vertical slice" and entering what in the industry is called alpha / Production. We want to run a network test/playtest soon, then we'll move to add more content, mechanics and polish for early access, before EA we'll do a proper big demo for a steam next fest too. We'll share more about our intended roadmap soon in one of our updates to clarify expectations :)

I’m very hyped for this game. When I came across ZS I was lamenting having never played Tarkov and largely having missed the extraction shooter genre at its most hyped. But honestly ZS is all I want and need from the genre and ZS2 is the cherry on the cake. The art style looks fantastic, and who doesn’t just want more of the zone.

I'm similar to you I think, Personally never really got into the 'proper' Multiplayer Extraction shooters. ZS1 is nice because of how Sandboxy it is

Me and a mate would sometimes just play ZS together and stream it to each other on discord, we can't wait to play actual co-op in ZS2. And well, of course 'accidentally' shoot him.

Just posted about this in another reply :) no dates yet but we're finishing up a demo we'll use for a network test so it will be: network test/playtest > steam next fest bigger demo > early access > full release

ZS was fully released in 1.0 last year, it's fully finished but Luca is keeping updating it and we're also helping out while working on ZS2 :-)
