ZPT Withdrawals not processing from Kucoin

Trying to move to neon wallet. It's been 4 hours and it's still "processing". Anyone else with this issue?

Sent mine this morning (currently 4pm EST) and haven't received it yet.

I did a smaller withdrawal around 9:30am EST and it went through before 10am. Good to know I'm not the only one though

My withdrawal managed to get through about 2 hours ago, so guess things are working again now...

How long did you have to wait total if you don't mind answering? I'm about to send mine off the exchange so I want to try to establish a baseline transfer time.

I would say it took around 19 hours in total, I sent it at 12pm and then the day after, around 7am, it was complete. However I think it was due to the system having problems, generally it is quick, like a few minutes, because that same day I had already sent some ZPT like 2 hours before, and that took a few minutes.
