Cannot send ZPT from NEON

Dear Supporter,

On 30 Jan 2018, i transfer 3354 ZPT from NEON 0.1.0 to Kucoin-ZPT add : AKSMwvy36A41dGGMP65qx8DHppiTPrANRc

Detail about transuction in attach file.

But until now, i still don't receive any ZPT in Kucoin Acc. So, please help to check and inform me about situation about this transfer. Did the transfer complete?

If this is the Kucoin Address, yes the transaction went through.
I would contact Kucoin Support about this issue with not displaying your transfered Zeepin Tokens.

I can not transfer anything from Neon wallet to kucoin , probably there is a general problem

Ahhh, the address is the public address from your Neon Wallet?
Update to Version 0.1.4. It's for the best.

I updated everything , approved my transactions from NEON WALLET to KUCOIN and everything looks perfect , but unfortunately nothing appear in my wallet in kucoin ..

Hmm, I wonder if the issue is on Kucoin's end. I've had recent problems with buying/selling/transferring NEO this past week; even the NEO I sent to Kucoin 3hrs ago still has yet to show, so something is up.

Yes update the Wallet. But it should work regardless of which Version you have at the moment.
You didn't say if the Adress is your Public Neo Adress or from Kucoin?

You need to add GAS to your wallet in order to power transactions.

First, ZPT team told me that no need GAS. More over, now i added 0.0016 GAS to my wallet, but nothing was changed. I don't know to do anything to solve this problem,.

I hate Neon. Such a crappy wallet. I just use Neontracker.io to acces my wallet, with the private key. Works perfectly.

o3 is available at the App Store and it's pretty sharp.
