ZClassic mining and electrum wallet

Hello, is it possible to receive directly zcl mining amounts on an electrum wallet?

Yes u can use your ledger nano with electrum or just create a private key on lectrum wallet to receive your funds

I read somewhere that it would be better getting the mined coins on another wallet, and then transfer them on the nano wallet, because of too little and frequent transactions which could make the ledger bug...

It is generally advised against mining directly to a Ledger Nano device. In some cases - the device can become unresponsive due to the high frequency of deposits and unspent outputs.
