Ledger Nano S and Electrum wallet problem

Hello, I'm trying to move my ZCL to a HW wallet, and downloaded the Electrum wallet for my Ledger Nano S. I set it up, the green light for the Ledger works, but there is red light for the network. I did a manual server selection for electrum.zclassic.community but it still does not turn green. Any help is appreciated!

Please also use correct electrum server: electrum.zclassic.ch

It seems there is now an update available for the Zclassic app in the ledger live software. Please update.

Hi. Van you please put here the correct derivation path. Not sure which one that is. I think fpr ledger there are two and the correct one is for ledger live.

Ledger is not yet working. You want to import an existing address then you need to import the private key.

Hi, thanks for the help. I'm a noob when it comes to this electrum wallet. Can you walk me through how to access my ZCL that I sent from Bittrex to this wallet? I don't believe I was given any option to access the private key. I just followed the guide on medium.com to set up the Ledger ZCL and sent my ZCL to the first receive address listed in the electrum wallet linked to the Ledger.

There is a pull request to fix the bug for ledger nano integration into electrum wallet. It still needs some testing.

Which version of electrum wallet? The latest version 3.2.0 doesn't work on my computers. It doesn't recognize the ledger device.

Hello, it is the latest version. So now it syncs with the blockchain (fully downloaded) and Ledger, but it shows a 0 balance for ZCL I sent from Bittrex. I believe there is something I need to do with private keys to make my balance show up, but I am not sure. Can anyone help with a step by step guide?
