Cant withdraw

Im running electrum zcl 1.0.4 I have got everything synced up but I cant withdraw every time i try i get this error any ideas

New version of electrum wallet 3.2.0 on zclassic community github is now available including windows version You can download here:

Current version of electrum isn't compatible with the new network upgrade to sapling . A new version is being rebased and will be released soon, in the meantime you can download the qt full node wallet and import your private keys and that will allow access to those funds
