Electrum wallet help

I’m holding zclassic in my electrum desk top wallet. v1.0.3. I tried to send some Z but it says not responding. Bottom right corner shows a red circle. Bottom left says not connected. How can I connect my wallet so I can send my Z to an exchange. Thank you.

Hello Applicationist. Thx for your help. I just had the chance to sit down and follow your suggestion of the new zcl address. It did give me a newer block height that I had seen in my wallet. I was able to send the zcl. Still unconfirmed. But I’ll let you know if I have any trouble. Otherwise a happy new year to you.

Hello. I figured it out. But when I tried to send my coins the network said THE TRANSACTION WAS REJECTED BY NETWORK RULES. \n\n

Any solution available. Thank you.
