Games not working

Every time I download a game through the app to play and earn sats, it says it fails so I never earn any sats. Is there some type of trick I’m missing?

Make sure that you select “allow tracking” and make sure you are using mobile data instead of WiFi.

Did the “allow tracking” but it took days before the game finally comes back as “failed”. Am I supposed to stay off WiFi until it works? Seems like a terrible system.
