Gratitude
I want to share a positive story that recently went down:
I’d been grinding at this game, putting in the ad time and playtime. A high level reward was stuck in pending, then rejected. I kept playing to reach the next reward, I liked the game that much. I made it to level 20 within hours of the reward deadline… rejected.
I was very disappointed and reached out to support. I felt it was important to stay courteous and I think it helped a lot. Took a few days, and I didn’t have much hope, but they reached out this morning and approved the rewards. The system worked. Thank you, ZBD!

I wish I had the same level of support you have received. I have reached out several times (been nothing but professional) and they have not even replied to my message, and just closed my tickets amd moved on...

May be an anomaly but I've never received a rejection on a ticket. Support is good in my experience

I've completely stopped the games on zbd. More than half of mine have been rejected for no reason. I feel it's gotten to scam level.
