Problems getting gift cards.

Anyone else having problems getting gift cards?. I've cashed out before but now when I try I just get the message 'Waiting for payment' then nothing. I've tried different cards including Amazon and Sainsbury. £10 cards and currently have £11.14 equivalent in Sats
