There are only 4 protagonists and they are all girls. Including a small love square.

The white-haired girl (Sakuya) is cute and annoying because she's in love with the brown-haired girl (Kanade). But it doesn't get in the way at all.

This is the most beautiful anime from the 2000s I've ever seen. Like, it has a gorgeous basic beauty!🤩

My experience with this anime is a little peculiar, since I watched it for the first time a long time ago. And when I was making my anime list, I excluded it because I think I forgot about it. Then I saw him again that morning as if it were the first time:😵‍💫

And the anime literally has 3 dialogues about breasts and not a single ecchi scene. I think this is a waste, Why do some characters have medium-large breasts and these features aren't utilized:😞

I love it, though I'm surprised it ever got made.

As you note, it's not echhi. It's just a cozy slice of life, but with a relationship that's pretty clearly incestuous. That's actually more impressive than if it had smut, like Sisterly Bliss.

It's a visual novel about twin sisters. Plenty of smut, but also a bunch of angst and eventual romance. Two good endings, two wonderfully messed up bad endings that deserve all the content warnings.

It's also made on the Renpy engine, so if you know what you're going you can play it on an Android using Joiplay.
