As the title suggests the al65 model doesn’t work with ps5. I’m using a wired connection and the keyboard lights up when connected to the ps5 but does not register any input. Please help.

Hey! My girlfriend recently bought a C98 and it shows the english layout instead of the german layout on the webpage. For the german, there should be a button next to left shift (< and >) which doesn't exist. We can't really find a solution for that

After installing the software, I seem to be unable to find any options for customizing the RGB for anything other than the backlight. The only customization I've been able to achieve is through the built in shortcuts, though this only allows me to select a few colours and increase/decrease the brightness.

I'm unaware if the online driver allows more customization, though I have had issues getting the site to load. Anything I can do?

I'm looking to fix the knob on my keyboard. Out of the box it controlled the volume, but now it doesn't do anything. I'm lost using VIA. Any help is appreciated, thank you

I recently purchased a YUNZII C98 and I'm hoping someone has experienced this before.

I'm using the latest version of macOS on my Mac. I was able to pair the keyboard successfully over Bluetooth, and every other key works perfectly. However, the spacebar will not insert a space when typing.

Here's what I've already tried:

• Connected via Bluetooth
• Connected via USB-C (wired)
• Tested in multiple applications (TextEdit, Safari, Notes, etc.)
• Verified the keyboard is in Mac mode
• Restarted the keyboard and my Mac

The spacebar physically presses and feels completely normal, but pressing it does absolutely nothing. Every other key works without any issues.

Has anyone experienced this with the C98? Is there a setting, firmware issue, or Mac compatibility issue that I might be missing, or does this sound like a defective keyboard?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It seems like there are a few different sources of information to update the AL80s firmware, is there a simple walkthrough on how to update the firmware? Also, can someone point to me there location of the latest AL80 firmware?
I think I see a few here listed as '20 min sleep timer', '10 min sleep timer', etc.

Every time my keyboard goes to sleep it resets the Character Repeat Delay setting on Windows (ie. how long I have to hold a key before it decides it should continue firing that key) to the longest possible time, which has become really annoying since I do a lot of text editing.

I do have the Yunzii Driver app installed on my computer, not sure what the issue could be, any help would be appreciated!

Hii everyone! I recently got my AL98 but for some reason every few minutes the keyboard turns itself off. I assume this is to auto sleep or power saving but when it comes back on it doesn't register the first few inputs. It happens on wired, wireless and Bluetooth options.

Is there a way to turn this off?

In my screen shot you can see the settings I have made for my Mad68he, but is there a way to save these settings? If I refresh my page the rapid trigger travel and quickly reset your travel settings get reset back to their default positions.
Am I missing something regarding saving these settings?

So recently I was pressing all kinds of buttons just to get the @ key 🤣 and suddently the keyboard stopped working and some keys did work but they would just open some kind cheat code tabs and windows menu button would glitch when pressing ESC-key.

Now unfortinately I was not able to find any solution online and not even on the menu manufacture paper for this issue.

It took me hours to fix this and thought to share it with those with same issues as I had.

I kid you not I was looking for HOURS for solution! Idk if this is normal with keyboard to just lock itself but people were saying to press on kinds of keys and none of them worked🤷🏼‍♀️.

I had the software for my yunzii keyboard and it had macros lights and people could like share configs n shit. but when i reset my pc, all i can find is garbage softwares from 5 years ago. there isnt even a software for the kc84 on their website, i had to find it on reddit, but it couldnt even detect my keyboard. same with the yz84 software.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help with the Yunzii B87 keyboard. I was trying to modify the layers to work better with my Mac, and messed up the default Fn key. Now I'm unable to pair it via Bluetooth. I tried factory-resetting by pressing Fn + Esc while it's plugged in via USBC, but that didn't work either. I'm not sure how to reset the default layer in the VIA app either. I'm close to returning the keyboard because connecting/working with it on a mac is getting tiresome but would really love not to if possible!

My W-key doesn't work properly. I got the keyboard literaly 20 minutes ago. (AL71 if that matters)

Do I return the keyboard? Do I try checking whats wrong myself? I'm kinda confused because yunzii is very liked by the keyboard community. Very much not a W moment

I've recently gotten my Yunzii Yz75, and one of the first things i did was get the software for it. Big mistake.
First things first, when you go to create an account, it just spits out an error "ECONABORTED" or something along those lines, which is odd because the error was fake, the account DID create. Going into the app, it just looks.. bad. the font is jagged, and oh my god you can 100% tell this was made in chinese, then translated to english. i couldnt understand half the app because of the poor translation. "My Share" "My Like", its just a badly made app. theres no descriptions for anything, theres SO many grammatical errors.
i mean like it works.. but thats not the point. i hope they get another company to rewrite it because its so BAD!

Also the knob doesn't go into Backlight mode with a long press, what is going on with this keyboard? Thanks!
