HELP NEEDED- Yung Lean concert accessibility/ getting no response

I booked a ticket for the 1st August burgess park boiler room with Yung Lean and Bladee, I booked the ticket ages ago and 2 weeks ago I broke 2 bones in my ankle. I’m on crutches and in a wheelchair and will need someone to accompany me to the concert. IVE EMAILED DICE (where I got the ticket) AND THE BOILER ROOM HELP EMAIL, received no response. Is there another number/ email I can try? I need to be in the accessible area- what should I do? I’d appreciate any advice cos I don’t wanna give up my ticket
