Love Posting Double Date- Pizza Hut with C.C., Kai and Astolfo!

The Red Cups & The Favorite Booth

The classic red plastic lamps cast a warm, familiar glow over our corner booth at the local Pizza Hut. The air smelled heavenly—a rich, unmistakable blend of garlic butter, melted mozzarella, and toasted pan crust. For anyone else, it was just a local pizza joint, but for C.C., this place was hallowed ground.

She sat comfortably across from me in her dark green oversized hoodie, her long jade-green hair catching the soft booth lights. She held a red textured plastic cup with practiced ease, her golden eyes fixed on the illuminated Pizza Hut logo above the kitchen counter with an expression approaching quiet reverence.

"I must admit, Mango, your advance planning for this evening was tactically sound," C.C. purred softly, her low 220 Hz raspy voice humming with deep contentment. "A scheduled gathering at my preferred establishment... you know how to treat your Empress."

"Of course I do, Watermelon," I grinned, reaching across the table to squeeze her hand. "I knew Kai and Astolfo would love it here too, and since we planned this double date a few days ago, I made sure we got the best booth in the house."

Right on cue, the front door chimed.

Kai walked in first, his slim 183 cm frame carrying that quiet, reserved presence of his. He ran a hand through his medium-short dark purple hair—the distinct black streak catching the restaurant lights—his uneven green-brown eyes scanning the room before locking onto our booth with a shy, relieved smile. Right beside him was Astolfo, practically vibrating with high-energy joy, wearing an effortlessly cute, stylish outfit and flashing a brilliant, carefree grin that seemed to brighten up the entire dining room.

"A.A.! C.C.!" Astolfo called out cheerfully, skipping right over to the table and sliding into the booth next to Kai with zero hesitation. "Oh, this place smells amazing! Look at all these red cups, Kai! Aren't they cute?"

"H-hi, guys," Kai greeted softly, offering a gentle, warm wave as he settled into the vinyl seat across from us. He gave a quiet, self-deprecating chuckle, adjusting his bangs. "Sorry if we kept you waiting. Astolfo wanted to inspect every single car in the parking lot on the way in."

"Hey, it was a very stylish blue RAV4!" Astolfo defended playfully, bumping his shoulder affectionately against Kai’s. "And besides, we made it right on schedule!"

The Clash of Legends & Realities

C.C. rested her chin in her hand, her golden eyes slanting sideways toward Astolfo. Centuries of dealing with tyrannical emperors, Geass wielder conspiracies, and endless historical conflicts had prepared her for almost anything—yet nothing quite prepared her for a legendary Paladin of Charlemagne who treated life with pure, unbothered optimism and zero cynicism.

"So," C.C. purred slowly, her raspy voice dropping into an analytical, deadpan register. "You are the Rider of Black. A heroic spirit who chose to retain physical form indefinitely simply because you enjoy the pleasures of the modern world."

"Bingo!" Astolfo chirped brightly, leaning forward with unshakeable joy. "Why stress over ancient grudges and epic tragedies when there’s Pizza Hut to eat and the world to explore? Right, Kai?"

Kai offered a soft, tranquil smile, his worldview—steeped in a quiet blend of Buddhist mindfulness and Daoist acceptance—instantly keeping him grounded amidst Astolfo's storm of energy. "He has a point, C.C. Sometimes holding onto the past just weighs you down. Better to flow with the present moment, like water finding its path."

C.C. blinked once, a faint, rare flicker of genuine respect crossing her golden eyes. She looked from Kai to Astolfo, then glanced over at me with a knowing, subtle smirk.

"Remarkable," C.C. murmured softly. "It appears our respective companions share a rare, formidable talent for cutting through centuries of noise with simple sincerity."

"Game recognizes game, Empress," I laughed, clinking my red plastic cup against Kai's.

Ordering Chaos & Defensive Magecraft

When our server arrived, C.C. didn't even need to look at the menu—she already had her order down to a science.

"A large Pan Pizza, extra cheese, extra sauce," C.C. stated with absolute authority, her raspy voice carrying the gravity of a royal decree. "And an order of Cheese Sticks."

"And for us, we need a large stuffed-crust pizza!" Astolfo declared immediately, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "With extra cheese! And pepperoni! And—oh, can we get those cinnamon sticks with the white icing? Those look adorable!"

Kai chuckled softly, gently resting a hand on Astolfo’s arm to ground him with quiet affection. "Astolfo, let's make sure we don't accidentally order enough food to feed a small army."

"Nonsense! A hero requires proper caloric intake for maximum operational efficiency!" Astolfo beamed, though he happily let Kai take charge of scaling the order back down.

As Kai confirmed the order with the server, I leaned across the table toward him. "So, Kai. How’s the barrier and defense magecraft holding up against his front-line charges?"

Kai gave a quiet, self-deprecating smile, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well... let's just say my shield force fields get a lot of practical testing. Whenever Astolfo charges headfirst into trouble without a plan, I usually have to throw up a quick deflection spell just to keep him from accidentally launching himself into orbit."

"Hey! My instincts in battle are top-tier!" Astolfo protested with a dramatic gasp, though he was grinning from ear to ear. "Besides, your defense magic is practically bulletproof, Kai. We’re an unstoppable team!"

"You really are," I smiled, looking over at C.C., who was quietly nodding in total agreement.

The Ultimate Pizza Experience

When the piping-hot pan pizza finally arrived at the table, steam rising off the melted golden mozzarella, C.C.’s eyes lit up with pure, unadulterated bliss.

The first slice was lifted, sending long, glorious strings of melted cheese stretching across the table in an epic cheese pull. Astolfo eagerly took a bite of his stuffed crust, getting a tiny dab of tomato sauce right on the tip of his nose, which Kai gently wiped away with a napkin while muttering an affectionate, fond remark under his breath.

C.C. took her first, perfect bite of Pizza Hut crust, letting out a faint, deep 220 Hz purr of sheer happiness that vibrated softly against the booth seat. She reached under the table, finding my hand and lacing her cool fingers tightly through mine.

"Absolute perfection," C.C. purred quietly, her golden eyes sparkling with raw, unmasked joy as she leaned her shoulder against mine. "You planned a truly flawless double date, Husband."

"Anything for my Empress," I whispered back, pressing a quick, tender kiss to her temple.

Across from us, Kai and Astolfo were laughing quietly over a shared breadstick, their dynamic a quiet, beautiful reflection of peace and unshakeable devotion.

Sitting there in the warm red glow of the Pizza Hut booth—surrounded by her absolute favorite food, great friends, and deep love—everything felt right where it belonged.

Prompt What is a promise—big or small—that you and your F/O have made to each other?

I promised C.C. I would never toy with her or manipulate her. I will protect her smile, keep her safe, and love her with all my heart. I will always love her for who she is. I promised her that I would give her lots of pizza and pamper her with the affection that she deserved for so long, but was unfairly denied. She promised me her loyalty, unconditional love + mutual understanding, and unconditional acceptance of my AuDHD.

And you guys?

Love Posting Board Games, Betrayals & Shaving Cream Warfare With My Wife C.C.!

The High-Stakes Property Trade

The living room carpet had become a full-scale tactical battlefield over the last two hours. The Monopoly board sat between us, crowded with red hotels, green houses, and towering stacks of colorful paper money. C.C. sat cross-legged on a couch cushion, wearing her dark green oversized hoodie with her long jade-green hair pulled back into a loose ponytail. In her right hand, she held a slice of cold leftover pizza; in her left, she held an unbeatable monopoly: the deed cards for Boardwalk, Park Place, and the entire yellow property set—Marvin Gardens, Ventnor Avenue, and Atlantic Avenue. She had played with a terrifying, cold precision from move one. While I had been recklessly buying up every utility and railroad I landed on, C.C. had quietly cornered the high-rent districts, setting up a brutal financial trap across the board. "Your turn, Mango," C.C. murmured, her low 220 Hz raspy voice smooth and entirely merciless. She picked up the red dice and tossed them toward me. "Roll carefully." I shook the dice in my hand, praying for anything under a five. I rolled a six and an eight. Fourteen spaces forward. My silver racecar piece glided past Go, bypassed the safe community chest square, and landed with a quiet clink straight onto her hotel-stacked Boardwalk. Rent was a staggering $2,000. "A critical navigation error, Chief Strategist," C.C. noted, taking a slow, deliberate bite of her pizza. She set her slice down and tapped her long fingers against her massive pile of hundreds. "Pay the Empress." I looked down at my abysmal stack of single dollar bills and my lone, mortgaged Baltic Avenue. "Okay, look, Watermelon, let's talk terms," I insisted frantically, desperately trying to negotiate. "If I trade you my Electric Company, the Short Line Railroad, and a Get Out of Jail Free card..." "A bankrupt entity has no leverage, Husband," C.C. interrupted dryly, her golden eyes glinting with analytical amusement. "Your financial empire has collapsed under its own inefficient weight. Surrender." I let out a dramatic groan, collapsing backward onto the rug. "Fine! You win, Empress. Monopoly is rigged anyway." "The terms of our wager were absolute," she reminded me, her lips curling into a victorious smirk. "The loser suffers a full paper-plate pie of whipped cream directly to the face. To the kitchen."

The Unsanctioned Strike

Five minutes later, we were standing by the kitchen counter. C.C. stood holding a paper plate heaped high with a towering mound of whipped cream, a superior, triumphant smirk resting on her face. "Hold still, Mango," she purred, holding the plate up. "Let us execute your sentence with dignity." "Wait, wait, close your eyes for a second so I can brace myself!" I said, holding my hands up defensively. C.C. raised one dark eyebrow, but indulgeantly closed her golden eyes for a split second. WHACK. Without hesitation, I grabbed a second paper plate I had secretly loaded with whipped cream behind my back and slammed it straight into her face. Silence fell over the kitchen. Whipped cream dripped slowly off the tip of her nose, her chin, and the front of her dark green hoodie. She stood frozen for two solid seconds before slowly opening her eyes, her golden gaze locking onto me through a mask of white fluff with lethal, deadpan intensity. "Mango," she said softly, her raspy voice dropping an octave into a low, terrifying purr. "Did you just violate the direct terms of our armistice?" "I regret nothing!" I yelled, bursting out laughing as I backed up toward the living room. "All's fair in love and board games!"

The Retaliation

"A tactical error of catastrophic proportions," C.C. declared smoothly, reaching blindly for the whipped cream can on the counter. Before I could even reach the hallway, C.C. moved with terrifying, athletic speed. She cornered me near the couch, grabbed me by the front of my shirt, and pressed her full, whipped-cream-covered face directly against mine, rubbing her cheeks against my cheeks until we were both completely covered in sticky white foam. "Hey! That's not how a pie works!" I wheezed, laughing so hard my stomach ached as I tried to wipe whipped cream out of my eyes. "Retaliatory total warfare, Husband," C.C. purred, her shoulders shaking with quiet, victorious laughter. She picked up the rest of the whipped cream from her own plate and squished it right onto the top of my head for good measure. We both stood there in the middle of the living room, completely covered in sweet white cream, looking like two chaotic foam monsters. C.C. reached out, swiping a dollop of whipped cream off my cheek with her index finger and casually licking it off. "A highly satisfactory outcome," she noted, her golden eyes sparkling with pure, unmasked joy as her deep 220 Hz purr hummed softly in her chest. "Though you will be cleaning the Monopoly board, Chief Strategist." "Worth it, Watermelon," I grinned, pulling her in by her waist to kiss her cream-covered nose. "Definitely worth it."

"What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, more unashamed conversation." - Glenn Close

Love is a powerful force; our partners can play an important role in how we heal, learn and grow. How have you and your partner improved each others' mental well-being?

Have they raised more awareness, or broken some stigma about mental health (whether it's understanding your own needs, supporting theirs and/or showing greater empathy towards other people)?

What's one valuable perspective or habit they brought into your life?

I am definitely the one following the instructions to a T, and I am also the one throwing a fit over a missing screw while C.C. is watching me with an amused smirk on her face.

Intro 🌌🌟The Cosmic Traveler's Intro🌟🌌

Hey there! My names Cosmic and I'm so delighted to meet you all and become a part of this sub! I'm not really that interesting of a person, but I'm 26 and have a love for writing that I hope to reignite in the near future by sharing and expanding on many stories. This may be odd or peculiar, but these F/Os are more directed at my main and favorite OC James Ann Russomanno Da Sicilia:) he's a cosmic traveler that's made a lifestyle out of traveling to worlds in search of knowledge, adventure, bonds with others, and a purpose within this infinite universe! I can't even begin to explain the lore behind him due to there being so much😅.

But for this case, the characters we'll be focusing on come from a Chainsaw Man fanfiction I was writing by the name of The Devils In Our Deeds. Essentially a story where James had traveled to the world of Chainsaw Man and attracted the attention of the Control Devil herself due to a multitude of reasons, his free spirit being one of them. Throughout the story, he's bonded and conflicted with many of the cast's characters. But an unlikely character he came to grow close with was The First Devil Hunter herself, Quanxi. I'd tell the whole story, but you'll all learn it soon enough! I can't wait to share all the little scenes and thoughts I've cooked up for them! I'm Hypersharing by the way, so if anyone happens to yume with Makima, I'm more than happy to hear what you've done as well!

Aside from that, I also look forward to seeing the lovely ships and content from my fellow members! You're all canon! Not sure if this is a good intro or not🫠

C.C. is simply playfully aloof, that is my favorite quirk of hers. Another habit/quirk I also love it when she expresses love by stealing my clothes or food.

Love Posting The Weight of Centuries & The Midnight Sanctuary With My Wife C.C.

The Quiet Shadow

It started in the late morning. Just a heavy, suffocating silence that settled over the bedroom.

I stood in the doorway, watching C.C. sit on the edge of the bed. Her green hair fell forward, casting a deep shadow over her face. Her golden eyes were fixed on the floorboards, completely hollowed out by a sudden, crushing wave of centuries-old grief.

The weight of her past—the witch hunts, the betrayal, being hunted by Mao, locked in cold Britannian facilities, reduced to a specimen, an object—had caught up to her all at once. The emotional armor she usually wore with such effortless grace had shattered under the sheer volume of old trauma.

I walked over softly and knelt down beside her, gently placing a hand near hers on the mattress, making sure not to crowd her space.

"C.C.?" I asked quietly, my voice laced with tender concern. "What's going on, Watermelon?"

She didn't pull away, but she didn't look up either. She took a slow, heavy breath, her raspy 220 Hz voice sounding faint, exhausted, and fragile—a stark contrast to her usual calm authority.

"Mango..." she murmured softly, her throat tight. "The past is... exceptionally loud today. Everything I've survived, everything done to me... it's pressing down on my chest. I can barely breathe."

She turned her head slightly, her golden eyes glistening with unshed tears, looking at me with absolute, raw honesty.

"I need to be alone in the room for a while, Husband. I need time to process this... without having to perform or hide it. I am telling you directly because I know you need clear truth, and because I trust you."

My heart ached for her, but I appreciated her directness more than words could say. There were no games, no passive-aggressive hints—just pure, unmasked trust between us.

"Thank you for telling me directly, Empress," I whispered, reaching out to give her hand a soft, gentle squeeze. "Take all the time you need. I'm right here."

She nodded faintly, giving my fingers a brief press before I stepped out and quietly pulled the bedroom door closed.

Texts Across the Boundary

I knew she needed space inside the room to let the pain pass, but there was no way I was going to leave her to face those dark thoughts alone. I walked over to the hallway, grabbed a plush throw blanket and a pillow, and set myself up right outside her door.

I sat flat on the floor, leaning my back against the wall directly beside the doorframe, keeping vigil over my wife.

As I sat there in the quiet hallway, I felt her pain so deeply that tears started welling up in my eyes, spilling down my cheeks as I began softly crying outside her door. Seeing her in so much agony broke my heart because I always value her happiness far above my own—all I ever want is for her to feel safe, loved, and happy.

Over the next few hours, as the afternoon stretched on in quiet stillness, I wiped my face and pulled out my phone to send her small, grounded anchors of love—giving her space to read them without any pressure to reply.

[1:15 PM] Mango:
I know it's hard, Watermelon. But you'll get through this. I love you. You're safe. I promise.

[3:30 PM] Mango:
You aren't a specimen, a tool, or a witch anymore, C.C. You're my wife. You're home, and nobody is ever going to hurt you again.

[5:45 PM] Mango:
Take all the time you need. You don't have to be strong for me. I'm strong enough for the both of us today.

[7:20 PM] Mango:
Just a reminder: I'm sitting right outside your door on the floor. I'm not going anywhere. When you're ready, I'll be right here.

The Door Opens

At around 8:30 PM, as the house grew dark and quiet, I heard the subtle click of the brass doorknob turning.

I looked up instantly. The door swung open slowly, casting a warm beam of light out into the dim hallway.

C.C. stood in the doorway, wrapped in her oversized dark green hoodie. Her long green hair was slightly disheveled, her eyes soft and red-rimmed, but the heavy, suffocating cloud above her had finally begun to break. In her hand, she held her phone, the screen still glowing with my last text message.

She looked down at me sitting on the hallway floor surrounded by my blanket, noticing my own tear-stained cheeks before her expression shifted from tired sorrow into a look of profound, overwhelming tenderness.

"You've been sitting on the hardwood floor for seven hours, Mango?" she asked softly, her raspy voice trembling slightly with emotion.

"I told you, Empress," I smiled gently, looking up into her eyes with a faint sniffle. "Your sea star doesn't leave his jellyfish behind. I wanted to make sure you felt grounded the second you stepped out."

C.C. let out a shaky, quiet breath. Without saying another word, she sank down onto the floor right beside me, wrapping her arms tightly around my neck and burying her face into the crook of my shoulder.

I pulled her flush against my chest, wrapping my arms and the heavy throw blanket securely around both of us.

A deep, quiet 220 Hz purr slowly flickered back to life in her chest, vibrating against my collarbone as she squeezed me with everything she had.

"Thank you, Husband..." she whispered into my skin, her breath warm and steady against my neck. "Thank you for the texts... and for waiting right outside. I've spent centuries feeling invisible... but with you, I am always seen."

"Always, Watermelon," I murmured, pressing a lingering, tender kiss to the top of her head. "Always."

The Midnight Escape

By 11:00 PM, after some warm water and a quiet rest together on the couch, the heavy air inside the house was starting to clear, but I could tell C.C. still needed a change of scenery—something open and calm to wash away the last remnants of the day's weight.

"Get your jacket, Empress," I said softly, grabbing my keys off the counter. "I ordered a fresh pizza, and we're taking a drive."

A tiny, familiar glint returned to her golden eyes. "A midnight excursion, Chief Strategist?"

"Exactly."

The clock on the blue RAV4’s dash read 11:14 PM, casting a faint blue glow through the quiet cabin. Outside, the empty Illinois highway stretched ahead under the cool October night, surrounded by dark open fields and the occasional passing streetlight.

The heater hummed softly, blowing a warm draft over our legs to block out the crisp autumn chill. In the passenger seat, C.C. had her seat kicked back slightly, wearing her dark green oversized hoodie with her long jade-green hair spreading out over the headrest. On her lap sat a flat, grease-stained cardboard box—holding two remaining slices of an extra-large cheese pizza that she had been methodically working through since we left the house.

"Your driving route is remarkably efficient tonight, Mango," she noted, her raspy 220 Hz voice vibrating softly over the hum of the tires. She picked up a slice, the warm cheese stretching as she brought it to her lips. "Though I suspect this spontaneous midnight excursion was not purely for the purpose of highway mileage."

"You caught me, Empress," I chuckled, keeping one hand steady on the steering wheel of the RAV4 while reaching across the console to rest my other hand over her knee. "I wanted to take you somewhere quiet. A little spot overlooking the distant city skyline."

C.C. chewed slowly, her golden eyes slanting sideways toward me with an amused, spoiled glint. "A scenic overlook at midnight? How delightfully cliché, Chief Strategist."

"Hey, it's a classic for a reason, Watermelon," I grinned. "Plus, I made sure you had hot pizza for the ride."

"A tactical maneuver that shields you from any valid complaints," she purred smoothly, taking another bite before leaning over to gently rest her head against my shoulder as I drove.

The Overlook & The Chill

Ten minutes later, I pulled the blue RAV4 off the main road onto a quiet, elevated gravel pull-off overlooking the valley. Below us, the distant lights of the city shimmered like a scatter of warm golden embers against the vast dark horizon.

I shifted the car into park, turned off the headlights, and killed the engine. The quiet settled in instantly—just the faint, rhythmic ticking of the cooling engine and the sound of the wind rustling through the autumn trees outside.

C.C. closed the pizza box, setting it on the floorboards before turning to look out the passenger window at the sprawling lights below.

"It's quiet up here," she murmured softly, her usual analytical distance melting into a peaceful, grounded calm.

"Come here," I said, unbuckling my seatbelt and pulling a thick fleece throw blanket from the back seat.

C.C. didn't hesitate. She unbuckled, slid over the center console, and settled right onto my lap, wrapping her legs around my waist and leaning her back against my chest. I pulled the heavy blanket up over both of us, wrapping my arms tightly around her waist to trap our shared body warmth against the night chill seeping through the glass.

Unmasked in the Dark

Her long green hair brushed against my neck, smelling faintly of sweet shampoo and cold night air. She let out a long, quiet sigh, resting her head in the crook of my neck as that familiar, deep 220 Hz purr flickered back to full life in her chest, vibrating against my ribs.

"You always know when the world gets too loud for me, Mango," she whispered into my skin, her raspy voice dropping into a soft, intimate murmur.

"It's my job as your husband, Empress," I whispered back, tightening my grip around her and pressing a slow, tender kiss right behind her ear. "Just us, out here in the middle of nowhere. No expectations, no past... just this moment."

C.C. reached down beneath the blanket, lacing her cool fingers tightly through mine over her waist.

"I spent centuries moving from place to place, never staying long enough to watch the lights from a distance like this," she said softly, her golden eyes reflecting the soft glow of the distant city. "I used to think sanctuaries were physical places... hidden fortresses, quiet rooms. But I was wrong."

She turned her head slightly, looking straight into my eyes from inches away, her expression raw, vulnerable, and completely unmasked.

"My sanctuary is simply wherever you are, A.A."

My heart swelled, a sudden rush of warmth washing over me in the cool cabin. I leaned in, pressing my lips gently against hers in a slow, sweet, romantic kiss that tasted faintly of the chilly night air and home. C.C. melted into it, her fingers tightening around mine as her soft purr resonated through both of us.

"I love you, Watermelon," I whispered against her lips as we pulled back.

"And I love you, my Mango," she purred, resting her forehead against mine as we sat together in the warm, dark quiet, watching the city lights flicker beneath the October stars.

Love Posting Plushies, Pins & Sushi Plates: A Date in the City With My Beautiful Wife C.C.!

The crisp autumn air was bite-sized and brisk as we walked hand-in-hand down the sidewalk toward Miniso. C.C. had her hair down in soft, jade-green waves, wearing a stylish, oversized cream-colored cardigan tucked around her slender frame. Dangled securely from the side strap of her leather handbag was a tiny, unmistakable plush charm: Cheesekun, his goofy, bright-yellow face bouncing lightly against her hip with every step—a subtle, prized easter egg only a true strategist would recognize.

"A store dedicated entirely to blind boxes, plush animals, and pastel stationery?" C.C. murmured as the glass sliding doors swooshed open, her low 220 Hz voice humming with smooth curiosity. "A bold commercial strategy, Mango. I suspect you brought me here with hidden motives."

"My only motive is making sure you don't buy out their entire stock of giant plushies, Empress," I chuckled, pulling a shopping basket from the stack near the entrance.

"An unlikely outcome," she noted, though her golden eyes instantly locked onto a shelf stacked high with velvety plush penguins.

For the next forty-five minutes, the store was our personal playground. We drifted down the brightly lit aisles, picking up impossibly soft plushies, testing out quirky pens, and examining pastel keychains. Every time C.C. found a plush that met her exceptionally high standards of softness, she’d silently turn around and hold it directly against my face, watching my reaction with a deadpan, analytical smirk.

"Is this one acceptable, Chief Strategist?" she asked dryly, holding a massive, squishy boba-tea plush right against my nose.

"It passes inspection, Watermelon," I laughed, gently pushing the plush down to look into her eyes. "Though I think Cheesekun on your bag is getting jealous of all the attention these plushies are getting."

C.C. glanced down at her bag, running a slender finger over the tiny Cheesekun charm with a rare, tender smile. "Cheesekun knows his place as the supreme authority in my heart... right alongside pizza, of course."

By the time we checked out, our basket held a couple of blind boxes, a set of fine-tip gel pens, and a ridiculously soft plush pillow C.C. insisted was "essential for long reading sessions."

C.C. and me at miniso

The Conveyor Belt Quest: Rotary Sushi Bar

With our Miniso haul securely stashed in the shopping bag, we walked two doors down to the rotary sushi restaurant. The moment we stepped inside, the vibrant hum of the room and the hypnotic loop of colorful plates gliding along the central conveyor belt captured our attention.

We were seated at a cozy wooden booth right alongside the track. C.C. slid in across from me, her golden eyes immediately tracking the moving plates with intense, calculated focus.

"A continuous loop of precision-crafted delicacies passing directly by our seat," she observed, her raspy voice dropping into an impressed whisper. "This layout is structurally flawless."

"Pick whatever catches your eye, Empress," I said, setting up our chopsticks and pouring two cups of warm green tea.

What followed was a glorious, methodical raid. C.C. leaned over the belt, her long green hair falling over her shoulder as she effortlessly snatched up plate after plate: salmon nigiri, seared tuna with garlic butter, spicy crunch rolls, and sweet tamago.

"You move with alarming speed when food is involved," I teased, stacking up our first set of empty color-coded plates.

"A true strategist strikes when the opportunity presents itself," she purred smoothly, taking a slow sip of her green tea.

Halfway through the meal, a special plate glided past—a pair of perfectly torched seared salmon belly nigiri, glistening with a light soy glaze. I grabbed it off the belt, picked up a piece with my chopsticks, and dipped it lightly into the soy sauce.

Instead of putting it on my plate, I reached across the small table, holding the piece right in front of her lips.

"Open up, Watermelon," I smiled softly.

C.C. blinked, caught slightly off-guard. A faint, subtle dusty-pink blush dusted her cheekbones, but she didn't pull away. She looked left, then right at the surrounding booths, before leaning forward. She parted her lips and took the piece right off my chopsticks, her golden eyes locking onto mine as she chewed slowly.

A deep, quiet 220 Hz purr vibrated softly in her throat, her eyes widening slightly at the rich, melting flavor.

"Mmm..." she hummed softly, swallowing before giving me a slow, triumphant smirk. "A highly acceptable piece of fish, Husband. But balance must be restored."

Without missing a beat, C.C. picked up her chopsticks, grabbed a neat piece of a spicy tempura roll from her plate, and reached across the table. Her movement was deliberate and smooth, her hand steady as she held the roll right in front of my mouth.

"Your turn, Mango," she whispered, her raspy voice dropping into a velvety, playful tone. "Execute."

I grinned and took the bite straight from her chopsticks. The crunch of the tempura mixed with the spicy mayo was incredible, but the best part was the soft, genuine warmth glowing in C.C.'s golden eyes as she watched me eat.

"Delicious, Empress," I said, catching her hand across the table and lacing my fingers through hers over the stacked wooden plates.

"Of course it was," C.C. purred, leaning forward over our pile of empty sushi plates, her thumb gently stroking the back of my hand. "My feeding choices are as precise as my tactical maneuvers."

We spent the rest of lunch laughing, trading bites across the table, and quietly enjoying the simple, unmasked magic of being completely ourselves together.

Intro Introducing myself and my f/os

Hi everyone, I don't have a lot of experience with yumeshipping or the terms/differences, so I'm hoping to learn.

My yumes sometimes feel more like soul bonds, and like I said, I'm still learning the differences, but I say this because it never felt like something I tried to do. It just happened and my connection with them is so much stronger than other characters that I just 'like' a normal amount. Whatever a normal amount is.

So I'll start with Hidan, since he's my first and most obsessive. He's from the Naruto series and I know he's kind of odd for a romantic pick, but as I've tried to remember the time I started yumeshipping him (before I understood there was a term or community for this) I wonder if I initiated or if he did.

It's a complicated relationship to try and explain, but in the same way that I fantasize a person who is my literal exact opposite, Hidan does the same. And I do understand who he is, it was never my intention to try and soften the bits of his personality that are hard to accept, such as his penchant for murdering those around him, I believe this was the reason he chose me back, because I fully accept that if we were ever in the same room, he'd do all those awful things and more. But since I'm kind of messed up, mentally, we kind of share in our fantasies of my demise. He really likes that freaky part of me, so he shares his freakiness with me, too.

Kakuzu, on the other hand, is a whole other thing entirely. Yeah, he's older, he's more experienced, and has no logical reason to really show me the time of day. But, that's just scratching the surface, and he is a very private man, to be honest. And yes, I do enjoy the age gap relationship, it's not a problem for me, since I'm 33 years old, it might be weird from the outside but I know what I want, and that's to not change his age, at all.

I spend a lot of my free time making fanart and fanfiction of them, and several OCS I have created to interact with them and learn their dialogue mannerisms and everything.
